BRIDGE 41:

Bobby Howard from the Engineers Office stated that in regards to the Bridge 41 project on Seven Hills Road a letter had been sent to be added onto the agenda for today but they had also found out that the project was not located on a legal drain. He added that there may be a petition in the future and he wanted to advise the Board that they are going to clean part of the ditch out and the ditch project will be on the guidelines as if it were over a legal drain. He stated they will put in a silt basin and slope the banks back and clean it out farther to the North and East so some of the trees will be removed and make the property owners happy.

Commissioner Conner stated that they are also going to take out the curve in the road and align the bridge with it.

Bobby replied that they were going to take the crook out of the bridge and follow the section line with the road, this should also make the ditch drain better and should pass a 100 year flood as it was designed.
