Formal Complaint: Thomas & Gail Rainey, Sr. 4366 Casey Road – alleged tuck point business operating in an “A” Agriculture zoning district. On February 13, 2002, Board ruled to file Conditional Use for home occupation or rezone property before March meeting and granted 120 to remove violation. Conditional Use approved by BZA July 9, 2002. Plan Commission granted additional 60 days to remove violation on June 12, 2002. Con’t from last regular meeting held August 14, 2002.
Formal Complaint - Alleged Junk Salvage Yard in an “A” Agriculture zoning district - John J. Glover, 3600 Libbert Road - Granted 60 days April 19, 2001. Granted an additional 75 days June 21, 2001.Zoning Inspector report dated September 6, 2001, indicates vehicles and other articles still on the property. Con’t September 20, 2001, October 15, 2001 and November 15, 2001. Granted additional sixty days January 17, 2001. Granted additional ninety days March 13, 2002 and again on June 12, 2002.
