Formal Complaint: Ronald & Tamara Eden – 588 W. New Hope Rd. - alleged junk salvage yard in an “A” Agriculture zoning district. Board granted 90 days to remove violation on July 10, 2002. Granted additional 60 days October 9, 2002. Board requested Attorney write a letter December 11, 2002.

 

Alleged Zoning Violation: Dennis K. Knotts, 3855 Forest Lake Drive – Lot 17 Forest Lake Subdivision – Multiple residential structures on one legally described parcel of land.  On June 12, 2002, Board granted 120 days to try to sell one of the mobile homes and to file for a Variance. Board turned over to Attorney December 11, 2002.

 

OTHER BUSINESS:

 

Formal Complaint:  T & T Auto Salvage, LLC, c/o Jerry Decker – 700 Shelton Road – Automobile Salvage Yard fence in disrepair. October 9, 2002 the Board granted 90 days to repair the south and west fence and then give him until July 1, 2003 to complete the remainder.  Additional complaint filed 01-02-03.

 

Formal Complaint:  John Bruce, 1500 S. Pelzer Road.  Alleged junk/salvage yard in a “CON” Recreation and Conservancy zoning district.

 

Formal Complaint: Marvin Leroy Bruce & Jeanie Bruce, 1544 S. Pelzer Road.  Alleged junk/salvage yard in a  “CON” Recreation and Conservancy zoning district.
