Formal Complaint: Ronald & Tamara Eden 588 W. New Hope Rd. - alleged junk salvage yard in an A Agriculture zoning district. Board granted 90 days to remove violation on July 10, 2002. Granted additional 60 days October 9, 2002. Board requested Attorney write a letter December 11, 2002.
Alleged Zoning Violation: Dennis K. Knotts, 3855 Forest Lake Drive Lot 17 Forest Lake Subdivision Multiple residential structures on one legally described parcel of land. On June 12, 2002, Board granted 120 days to try to sell one of the mobile homes and to file for a Variance. Board turned over to Attorney December 11, 2002.
