A.                 REZONING PETITIONS:

1.                  PC-R-04-13 – Petition of Herbert P. Grimm and Robert E. Grimm to rezone 38.44 acres located on the W side of Grimm Rd. approximately 0’ SW of the intersection formed by Grimm Rd. (W 1000)  & S.R. 66, Ohio Twp. from “A” Agriculture to “C-4” General Commercial.  Recommendation to approve did not carry.  No recommendation from Plan Commission on June 9, 2004.

2.                  PC-R-04-14 – Petition of Herbert P. Grimm and Robert E. Grimm to rezone 8.79 acres located on the N side of Willow Pond Rd. approximately 936’ E of the intersection formed by Grimm Rd. (W 1000)  & Willow Pond Rd. (S 500), Ohio Twp. from “A” Agriculture to “R-1A” Single Family Dwelling. Unanimous recommendation of approval by Plan Commission June 9, 2004.

3.                  PC-R-04-15 – Petition of Herbert P. Grimm to rezone 7.93 acres located on the E side of Grimm Rd. approximately 0’ NE of the intersection formed by Grimm Rd. (W 1000)  & Willow Pond Rd. (S 500),  Ohio Twp. from “A” Agriculture to “R-1A” Single Family Dwelling.   Unanimous recommendation of approval by Plan Commission June 9, 2004.

4.                  PC-R-04-16 – Petition of Herbert P. Grimm to rezone 12.745 acres located on the E side of Grimm Rd. approximately 526.37’ N of the intersection formed by Grimm Rd. (W 1000)  & Willow Pond Rd. (S 500),  Ohio Twp. from “A” Agriculture to “R-1A” Single Family Dwelling.  Unanimous recommendation of approval by Plan Commission June 9, 2004.

5.                  PC-R-04-17 – Petition of Herbert P. Grimm  to rezone 2 acres located on the W side of Grimm Rd. approximately 0’ SW of the intersection formed by Grimm Rd. (W 1000)  & Lockwood Lane, Ohio Twp. from “A” Agriculture to “R-1A” Single Family Dwelling.  . Unanimous recommendation of approval by Plan Commission June 9, 2004.

2.                  Wyngate Subdivision by Barrington Development, LLC, Bruce Miller, Pres. ~ Streets, Sidewalks & Drainage ~ Has had 3 years. Request a one year extension with no reduction for streets from $41,889.44; sidewalks from $18,385.45 and drainage from $12,829.52.

 

E.         REQUEST FOR EXTENSION AND REDUCTION OF IRREVOCABLE              LETTER OF CREDIT

1.         Linwood Subdivision by Moore Development Group LLC ~ Streets and Sidewalks ~ Has had two years. Requesting a one year extension and reduction from $36,196.00 to $31,000.00 Con’t from last meeting held June 23, 2004.

2.         Asher Estates Subdivision by A & D Investments, Allan Holweger, Mbr. ~ Sidewalks ~ Has had 4 years. Requesting a one year extension with a reduction from $11,340 to $7,536.

3.         Wynbrooke Subdivision Sec. B by Maken Corp., Kenneth Ubelhor, Pres. ~ Sidewalks ~ Has had 3 years. Requesting a one year extension and a reduction from $8,640 to $1,280.
