3. PC-R-04-20 – Petition of Evansville Mobile Home Association, LP, by Ronald Farren, Pres. c/o Hanover Group, its agent to rezone 17.548 acres located on the E side of State Street approximately 850’ S of the intersection of State Street and Greenwood Rd. (N & S 0), Ohio Twp. from “A” Agriculture to “R-MH” Residential Mobile Home zoning district. Unanimous recommendation of approval by Plan Commission, July 14, 2004.
