A.        REZONING PETITIONS:

1.         PC-R-04-22 – Petition of John & Susan Pickens to rezone 4.9452 acres located on the W side of Frame Rd approximately 400’ N of the intersection formed by Frame Rd. (W 900) & Lincoln Ave. (S 450), Ohio Twp. from “A” Agriculture to “R-1” Single Family Dwelling. Unanimous recommendation of approval by Plan Commission, August 11, 2004.

2.         PC-R-04-21 – Petition of Fontanet Development Co., Inc, Greg Gibson, Pres. OWNERS: Peabody Coal Company,  Walter L. Hawkins, Jr., VP & Tres. To rezone 729 acres located at the SW corner of the intersection of Lilly Pad Rd. (W 750) & Stanley Rd. (N 900). Also being on the E side of Grimmwood Rd. (W 900) & S side of Stanley Rd. Greer Twp. from “A” Agriculture to “M-3” Solid Waste Disposal Facility District. Unanimous recommendation of denial by Plan Commission, August 11, 2004.  Withdrawn by applicant on August 20, 2004.

 

B.        STREET CONSTRUCTION PLANS:

1.         Blackberry Hill Subdivision by John & Susan Pickens   4.9452 acres located on the W side of Frame Rd approximately 400’ N of the intersection formed by Frame Rd. (W 900) & Lincoln Ave. (S 450), Ohio Twp.

 

C.        REQUEST FOR EXTENSION  OF IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT:

1.         Ditney Development by John Wasson:  Street construction – has had 2 years.  Requesting no reduction from $14,050.
