1.                  Caney Creek Subdivision by Steven & Mary Knies. Street Construction. Has had two years. Requesting a one year extension with no reduction from $24,538.80.

2.         River Ridge Subdivision Phase III   by Foster Construction.  Streets and Sidewalks.  Has had four years. Requesting additional six month extension for streets with no reduction of $1,000. Requesting six month extension for sidewalks with a reduction of $2,968 from $8,352.
