PUBLIC HEARING on ordinance to change the name of a portion of Anderson Road (Lincoln Avenue to Jenner Road) to Friedman Drive

 

I.          ACTION ON PUBLIC HEARING

A.        An Ordinance to amend road name map and index, Warrick County, Indiana, renaming Anderson Road to Friedman Drive.  Ordinance No. 2005-_____.

B.        STREET CONSTRUCTION PLANS:

1.         PP-05-01 – Springview Apartments Phase II PRUD by Pedcor Funding Corporation, Maureen M. Hougland, VP.  3.77 acres located on the E side of Bell Rd. approximately 610’ E of the intersection formed by Springview Dr. & Bell Rd. (W 850) also being S and adjacent to Springview Apts., Ohio Twp. Requesting no improvements to existing entrance.

D.        REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT:

1.         Waterstone Village Section 1 by Maken Corporation, Kenneth Ubelhor, Pres. ~ Sidewalk Construction. Has had two years. Requesting a one year extension and a reduction from $21,408.80 to $17,128.

2.         Wynbrooke Subdivision Sec. A by Maken Corporation, Kenneth Ubelhor, Pres. ~ Sidewalk Construction.  Has had three years. Requesting a one year extension and a reduction from $3,680 to $1,320.
