I.          AREA PLAN COMMISSION

A.        SECOND READING :

1.                  Commissioners Ordinance 2005-03, An Ordinance to amend road name map and index, Warrick County, Indiana, renaming Anderson Road to Friedman Drive. Con’t from February 23, 2005.

 

B.        STREET CONSTRUCTION PLANS:

1.                  PP-05-04 – Willow Pond Subdivision by Herbert Grimm & Robert Grimm  29.1823 acres located on the N side of Willow Pond Rd. approximately 0’ E of the intersection formed by Willow Pond Rd.(S 500) & Grimm Rd. (W 1000), Ohio Twp.

 

C.        REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT:

1.                  Mansfield Subdivision by Sterchi Homes, Brad Sterchi, Pres. ~ Streets & Sidewalks Construction ~ Has had two years. Requesting a one year extension and a reduction from $4,000 to $2,000 on streets and from $75,360 to $44,688 for sidewalks.

2.                  Lincoln Pointe Subdivision Phase II by Maken Corporation, Kenneth Ubelhor, Pres. ~ Sidewalk Construction ~ Has had four years. Requesting a one year extension and a reduction from $21,483 to $15,344.

 

D.        REQUEST FOR ACCEPTANCE OF STREETS FOR MAINTENANCE:

1.                  Country Lake Estates by Mark Warren. Con’t from February 23, 2005 meeting.

 

 

E.         REZONING PETITIONS:

1.                  PC-R-04-26 -  Petition of Donald & Celinda Sisco  to rezone 1 acre located on the S side of Golden Drive approximately 300’ E of the intersection formed by Bell Road (W 850) and Golden Drive, Ohio Twp. from “A” Agriculture to “C-4” General Commercial.(Complete legal on file.) 10, 2004. Unanimous recommendation of denial by Plan Commission December 8, 2004.  Con’t from January 12, 2005.

2.                  PC-R-05-03 – Petition of  Virginia A. Schnur, Maria D. Eisterhold, Anne T. Schnur Downey and Beverly J. Schnur by Dona Lasher, P.O.A. to rezone 73.99 acres located on the S side of Telephone Rd. approximately 0’ s of the intersection formed by Telephone Rd. (S 200) & Epworth Rd. (W 1050), Ohio Twp. from “A” Agriculture to “M-2” General Industrial zoning district. Recommendation of approval by Plan Commission on January 12, 2005. Con’t from February 9th & 23rd, 2005 meeting.

3.                  PC-R-04-29- Petition of Thomas J. & Kathy S. Merrill to rezone 17.40 acres located on the S side of SR 66 approximately 600’ W of the intersection formed by SR 66 & Frame Rd.(W 900), Ohio Twp. From “A” Agriculture to “R-1” Single Family Dwelling. (Complete legal on file.) Advertised  in the Boonville Standard November 25, 2004. Recommendation of approval by Plan Commission December 8, 2004. Sent back to APC by County Commissioners for amendment January 26, 2005. Amended to “R-1B” Single Family Dwelling on February 9, 2005.  Recommendation of approval by Plan Commission February 9, 2005.
