1.                  AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ARTICLE VIII AGRICULTURE “A” DISTRICT SECTION 1 USE REGULATIONS BY DELETING SUBSECTIONS (3)  ACCESSORY USES AND STRUCTURES & (7) ONE FAMILY DETACHED FARM DWELLING AND RENUMBERING REMAINING LISTED USES OF THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR WARRICK COUNTY, INDIANA. Advertised in the Boonville Standard March 31, 2005. Recommendation of approval by Plan Commission April 13, 2005.

 

2.         AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ARTICLE XXI DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS SECTION 2 STANDARDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS TABLE B BY CHANGING MINIMUM LOT SIZE (SQUARE FEET) IN “CON” AND “A” DISTRICTS FROM 2.5 ACRES TO .5 OF THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR WARRICK COUNTY, INDIANA Advertised in the Boonville Standard March 31, 2005. Recommendation of approval by Plan Commission April 13, 2005.

 

3.         AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ARTICLE XXI DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS SECTION 1 BASIC STANDARDS BE AMENDED BY ADDING SUBSECTION (C) OF THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR WARRICK COUNTY, INDIANA Advertised in the Boonville Standard March 31, 2005.

 

The purpose of this Ordinance is to add: C) In no case shall there be more than one (1) residential building and its accessory buildings on one (1) lot. Recommendation of approval by Plan Commission April 13, 2005.

 

4.         AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ARTICLE V SPECIAL USES SECTION 3 SPECIAL USE DESIGNATIONS BY ADDING DESIGNATION SU-24 KENNEL (without veterinary clinic or other accessory businesses) OF THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR WARRICK COUNTY, INDIANA Advertised in the Boonville Standard March 31, 2005. Recommendation of approval by Plan Commission April 13, 2005.

 

5.         AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ARTICLE V SPECIAL USES SECTION 4 DISTRICT LIMITATIONS TABLE “A” BY ADDING SU-24 OF THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR WARRICK COUNTY, INDIANA Advertised in the Boonville Standard March 31, 2005.

 

The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend Table “A” by adding SU-24 to the “A” Agriculture and “CON” Recreation and Conservancy zoning districts. Recommendation of approval by Plan Commission April 13, 2005.
