Warrick County Recorder

One County Square, Suite 230

P.O. Box 285

Boonville, IN 47601

Welcome to our Web-site.  The elected office of County Recorder was the first Constitutional Office adopted in the State of Indiana in 1816.  Warrick County has been keeping records for over 190 years.

Now LAND RECORDS online

TAPESTRY (FOR THE OCCASIONAL USER)

Land records are now available 24x7 direct from Warrick County via the Internet.  All you need is a web browser.  TAPESTRY’S pay-as-you-go method offers flexible payment terms.  Occasional users can enter a credit card into a secure site or if you anticipate using TAPESTRY on a frequent basis, sign-up as a billable member.  Click on our TAPESTRY LINK or go to www.landrecords.net and select IN Warrick County for search.

LAREDO (FOR THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION USER)

We now have online the exact same system that is available on workstations at the recorder’s office.  Real time access 24x7.  Search from the convenience of your home or office and print copies as needed.  Plans start at $50.00 a month to those available with unlimited usage.

*NEW…Property Fraud Alert

It is one of my top priorities to help prevent mortgage and deed related fraud and potential identify theft.  This is part of an ongoing effort that the Warrick County Recorder’s Office is making available to Warrick County property owners to help protect real estate investments.  Call me for further details and information.

My staff and I are here to serve you whether you are recording your recent purchase, researching your data, or tracing a family history.

Please call or visit our office Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
