the Internet. All you need is a web browser.

in Indiana under the "Prepared By" statement on the last page.

Records (DD214s) are now confidential and not public record.
Certified copies may be issued to a restricted list of
individuals. For detailed requirements and restrictions
please contact this office.

7-01-01, all financing statements involving personal property are to
be filed at the Indiana Secretary of State's Office. Failure to file
in the proper office may
affect the perfection of the filing. |
