Lisa Seif (lseif@warrickcounty.gov) is a Licensed Social Worker certified in Addiction Counseling and Court Substance Abuse Management.  She has been with the Warrick Superior Court No. 1 since 2005.  Her duties include acting as a liaison between the Court and the community, daily operation of the court substance abuse services and drug court program, evaluation and assessment of applicants to the program, facilitating training and workshops throughout the Tri-State raising awareness about substance abuse issues, recovery and relapse concerns, and community action planning.  Lisa works closely with Judge Meier and the Prosecutor's office to continue offering top-of-the-line services and options to the offender and their family.  Lisa has over 25 years experience working in the prevention, intervention, and treatment field of mental health and addictions.  She has a long history of advocacy and rehabilitation experience with school systems, health care, business and industry, and community agencies.

Mel Catlin (mcatlin@warrickcounty.gov) is a Case Manager for the Warrick County Drunk Driving & Drug Court Program. Mel has been with the Warrick Superior Court No. 1 since August 2005. His duties include the daily operations of the Drug Court Program and working with program participants in achieving their individual goals. Mel has over 15 years in the substance abuse area including employment at the Stepping Stone Substance Abuse Center in Evansville, Indiana.  Mel has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Central Missouri State University.

Nels Walker (nwalker@warrickcounty.gov)

Sabrina Dorsey (sdorsey@warrickcounty.gov) is the administrative assistant/secretary for the Court Substance Abuse Programs since April 2008.  She obtained Associate Degrees in Accounting and Business Administration in 2002.  Sabrina has eight years of office experience, three years of accounting/office manager experience, three years of banking experience, and one year of accounts payable specialist experience.  Her duties include answering phones, filing, entering applications, processing reports for grants, orientation and assisting in various job and projects for CSAP and Drunk Driving & Drug Court Program staff.
